Spread over an area of around 400 km sq. the Ranthambore national park is one of chief wildlife reserves in the country and is one of the most famous places in the world to witness the freely roaming Bengal tigers. They can be easily seen during the day. Besides this, the national park is also home to around 40 different species of mammals, 320 species of birds which also includes the migratory birds and 35 reptile species.

Both the Ranthambore and Bandhavgarh are easily accessible through rail, road and air routes.
