If you are keen to make this event a grand one you can consider taking help from professionals.

If you search you will come across professional party planners who will help you to make sure that the event is special. If you are busy you can rely upon them to plan your whole event. Once you inform them about your requirements, they will get into action. They will be there at every step. The first and prominent step is to select an appropriate venue. They will scout through the availability and inform you about all that is on offer. Sending invitation is the next step and they will tirelessly do the needful.
