With lesser number of cars plying through the road, traffic will be more flexible. Also, the less automobile exhaust will minimize the pollution. If toll-tax can be implemented as well as gas tax, then people will take more into the rails. The value of property surrounding the stations will increase and thus will help in financial expansion.
