It is therefore quite important for people to look into few aspects so as to better their chances of scoring good ranks in the entrance.

Completing the syllabus – The syllabus for the pre-medical test will include the courses and subjects from the 10+2 classes and these are physics, chemistry and botany and zoology. Since the questions will be from these subjects, the students are required to be thorough with different topics and should cover all the portions. As because there is no certainty about the topics from which the questions will be put, so people need to cover all the topics, at least once.

Practice – Looking at the pattern of questions, the basic aim of the aspiring candidates should be to attempt all the questions in the given time limit. The questions will be mostly of the objective type in the AIPMT 2012. Students will be required to attempt the questions within a given time limit, and therefore, they will need to divide their time for different subjects. This will ensure that the maximum number of questions is attempted and there will be a higher probability of attempting the questions correctly. Also, there is a point about giving adequate time to each question so that there is no hurry. Such a time management is possible only if the candidates have practised in an environment that equals the final exam.

Eligibility criteria – Although many people will suppose that the most important thing required to get into the medical colleges is to study the subjects and prepare well, yet the filling up of the application form has a lot of importance. It is only after the application form is filled up correctly by satisfying all the eligibility criteria, people will be eligible to sit in the exam, and then only they will be able to take admissions. It is therefore, quite important that the students should be knowledgeable about the eligibility criteria, in order to get into medical colleges of their choice through the AIPMT 2012.
