Join the New York Tempo and Find a New Lease of Luxury

Moving back to New York from out of of town? Have you thought through where in New York is going to be the best place for your family to set down its new roots?

By moving to New York you'll have cut down on the number of hours that you spend travelling each day, but will the shorter travelling times be worth it if you can't find the sort of location that will give you the quality of life that you've been used to? Unlike a number of apartments that you may have seen in the past, they have top of the range fittings, and kitchens and bathrooms that have been designed to the highest standard.

That may already have these apartments sounding like they're way out of your reach, so what would you think if you also had the use of their fully equipped gym? What if you were able to relax after a stressful day with a spa, or a soothing massage? How much more do you think it would add to the cost of your new apartment if your apartment had sole access to a roof garden?

Have you managed to see any NYC condo for sale - in your price range - that had all of that? Did they also include a concierge service and a private cinema in an outdoor garden? This sounds like one of those places that you'd only be able to look at if you had a fortune, right?

Ah, but there must be a compromise on the location, mustn't there? Well, if having great transport links; plenty of nearby outdoor space, for the kids; more than enough shops to keep you supplied; and great entertainment spots within a short distance is a compromise, then I guess you will have to make a compromise in favor of getting the home that you know is going to be right for your family.
